How it works
OPENING HOURS
Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 12 pm and from 1:22 pm to 5:40 pm, except national, state (RS and SP) and municipal holidays in Caxias do Sul/RS and Vinhedo/SP.
1st Step – Opening a Call
After receiving the information, the Opening of a Call is registered in our system. The Customer will receive a confirmation of the opening of the call at the email address provided.
2nd Step – Pre-analysis of the Call
Considering the days and hours of operation informed above, after opening the call, the customer will be contacted remotely by a technician specialized in the area within 3 hours.
3rd Step – In-Person Service
If there is a need for in-person service, an appointment will be arranged according to the availability of the technicians and the customer.
4th Step – Ending the Call
After the services have been provided and the problem has been solved, the Call is ended.

Any and all requests for Technical Assistance must be made via Call.
To open a Call, it is necessary to provide:
- Machine serial number and company CNPJ;
- Brief description of the problem;
- Contact information of the person responsible (name, email, and telephone number).
